This is a 2-year old campground so therefore there are no trees yet. The campground is very well kept and the managers are very friendly. I would rate it higher if they had cable TV. It's very big-rig accessable. The free Wi-Fi was very strong at our site.
With a pool and cable, I would rate this park a 10. The owners and operators are very nice and lead us to our site with an offer to help set up. The park is very well kept and has spacious sites.
Nice, easy in and out, park. Excellent for a night or two. The sites were large and long with plenty of room between sites. The utilities were up to par, meaning good water pressure, good elec, and sewer was placed so as not to need long hose. Friendly management and the manager even offered to help unhook the toad. Have stayed here before and will stop again.
This is a very nice park and well kept. They had entertainment one night that was free and as good as any expensive show. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only reason I rated this park a 7 is there is no cable and all the hookups are at the back of the site, requiring a very long sewer hose, water hose, and electric cord. I used the dump station as a lot of others did.
Nice State Park with lots of shade and lake to fish in. Some sites are not so level but many are very level. Nice family park with lots for kids to do. We will be back.
This park would be a 9 if in another area and had a pool on the grounds. However; in spite of the location, this is a very nice park. The staff could not be nicer. The hotel pool was made available. We have stayed at this park on 3 different occasions and found it to be very convenient to St Louis. Each time our site has been almost perfectly level and did not even need to use boards to level. I will stay here again.
If you like to fish this campground is the best of the best. Plus, the staff is second to none when it comes to making you feel welcome. Another plus is that it is only 5 minutes to anywhere on the strip. We have checked others in Branson but keep coming back to Cooper Creek.
